At the Kofi Ti workshop, sea buckthorn juice meets honey, ginger, lavender, rosemary and sage and together they give rise to a tasty and healthy syrup. We created this drink rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, with antiviral properties, to support the immunity of the whole family.

Sea buckthorn is a superfood whose presence in the daily diet brings many benefits to the whole body, supporting the immune system. A natural antioxidant, sea buckthorn is rich in Omega 3, 6, 7 and 9, vitamins A, B, C, E, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, folic acid and beta-carotene.

The ENERGOVITA story began in October 2013 with the purchase of the former site of the royal vineyards and the planting of the first sea buckthorn bushes of two varieties - Clara and Mara. From the very beginning, Mihaela and Radu Căruțașu chose to produce fruit in an organic system and were guided by the principle "we are nature and we are nature", being aware that the disruption of this balance has consequences for everything that surrounds us. After three years of conversion, they enjoyed their first harvest of certified organic fruit.

The Mara sea buckthorn variety has the color of ripe orange peel and is harvested at the beginning of autumn. It is a more difficult variety to cultivate and much less stubborn, having smaller fruits, but the special aroma makes it highly appreciated. Mara has specific aromas of peach, pineapple and apple. Slow cold pressing preserves the natural properties of sea buckthorn.

Ingredients : Gramador honey (Romanian honey from the nectar of flowers from Vrancea), Energovita sea buckthorn juice (Romanian sea buckthorn from organic cold-pressed culture), filtered water, ginger, lavender, rosemary, sage.

The recommended dilution is 1:3 with water (cold / room temperature / hot according to preference).
You can make 1 liter of drinks from a 230 ml bottle of Seaberry syrup.
You can make 3.8 liters of drinks from a 950 ml bottle of Seaberry syrup.

Nutritional Statement:
For 100 ml: energy value 805.43kJ / 190.54kcal, fat 3.40g (of which saturated fatty acids 0g), carbohydrates 38.93g (of which sugars 34.84g), protein 0.96g, salt 0.02g

Kofi Ti is the first cold brew and craft soda workshop in Romania. And as the history of any place begins with a story, ours has been woven from the beginning around tastes and aromas, nature and simple rediscovered things, being a story inspired by travel and driven by the pleasure of creating. 

Kofi Ti is about long searches for the best ingredients, brought to our workshop in Buftea from all over the world, processed according to our own recipes, so that the artisan drinks we produce offer the properties of the raw materials from which they are made.

We have been following our passion since 2016, inventing and producing artisan drinks with new, surprising tastes, using original recipes and only natural raw ingredients from all over the world - Colombia, Bolivia, Italy, Madagascar, Ecuador, India, China or Sri Lanka. 

One by one, at the workshop in Buftea, we have created a wide, original and varied range of natural artisanal drinks, without added dyes, preservatives or flavors, using only the highest quality ingredients, most of which were introduced for the first time on the Romanian market . 

Cascara - the ingredient we invite you to discover with us.

We fell in love with cascara (the pulp of the coffee cherry), one of the most powerful natural antioxidants, from which we make Cascara Lemonade. Moreover, we are probably the only producers of quinine tree bark tonic water, a natural antiviral.

Teas inspired by Chinese traditions and coffee roasted just right

We went back to the origins to create a kola nut soft drink - Kola Tonic. We make delicious Cold Brew Coffee from coffee freshly roasted at Sloane Coffee Roastery and package carefully selected and important specialty teas directly from small producers in Yunnan, China, the region with the richest tea processing tradition.

We managed to build from scratch a range of unique craft drinks on the Romanian market, ready to drink and ready to mix , according to your own preferences.
