60 ml black rum / Captain Morgan
60 ml Cascara [concentrated]
40 ml lemon juice
30 ml raw cane sugar syrup 1:1
Put ice in a mixing glass and add the ingredients in the order above. Mix well for approx. 10 seconds and then pour into a glass filled with ice.
NOTE: Sugar can be adjusted to taste.
