Origin: Bai Ni Shui Village, Jing Gu, Simao, Yunnan, China
Tasting notes: cocoa, chestnuts, apricots, wood
I chose this tea to share the experience of a tea from primordial trees in Yunnan. It is an exponent of the terroir of Jing Gu and the complexity transmitted by trees of 30-70 years left to grow in the natural environment, without human intervention. A tea with an incredible body.
